Oh my God I can't believe it

So here's the thing. After a football match a couple of months ago, we joked about how cool it would be to have the same address as Ewood Park. This led to looking for houses on Bolton Road, and finding one that backed onto the Rovers shop, and deciding to go and view it! The house was lacking in many things, like a bathroom floor/dining room ceiling, but then the possibility of moving house began to actually look doable. So we started looking.
And are currently in the process of buying a house on Bolton Road. But not just for the address and proximity to the football, really!



So over the next few weeks, I think here is as good a place as any to record my first forays into enormous amounts of debt and hanging wallpaper.

Eeeek.

Currently, the exchange date is set as a week on Friday. Which given the amount of fannying about by estate agents, mortgage underwriters and solicitors that has gone on, costing lots of time, I will be very suprised if it happens.

Oh yes, and I'm currently in the middle of writing reports for my first class. Because I don't like it when life is easy.
