Jobbies, jobbies, jobbies...
Don't know why.. just felt like saying it really.
Yesterday I received a letter in the post from the solicitors which told me some conditions of owning the property, such as...
- Not using the property as a slaughterhouse
- Not using the house to engage in a profession which produces excess smoke
Which knocks my plan of what to do with my troublesome class next year on the head.
Also been notified about the ground rent, which may cause us some problems financially, at a whopping 80p per year.
Should hear for certain about the mortgage tomorrow. Debt ahoy!
