We're gonna have to go right to, Ludicrous Speed!

Well, at least, that's what 90+mph feels like in a Daihatsu HiJet. We don't actually know what speed she managed to get to, but the needle on the speedometer was about 1cm over the 90 mark...

Um...

We also discovered that the dinky toy van does 0-60mph in about 17 seconds, which isn't bad really. We timed this ourselves as we shot out from the toll booth on the M6. What we also found out is that you really ought to pay attention to what sort of vehicle you're driving. We normally make the journey north in a car - so of course we automatically threw £3.50 into the toll wotsit and continued on our merry way. On the journey home we had no change, and had to go through a teller booth ... imagine our shock when she asked us for £7.00.... whoops! In my defence, the van is actually smaller than most cars.

Is there a point to this entry? Not really, but given that it's been SO long since my last one let's pretend that the point of this post is to see if I can correctly remember the coding that makes the title a pretty colour...
